Obverse description Draped and armored bust of Johann Georg II, Elector of Saxony, facing right, with long curled hair and lace cravat visible beneath the plate armor. The effigy is rendered in high relief in the Baroque portrait style characteristic of late 17th-century German coinage. A continuous Latin legend surrounds the bust within a beaded inner border.
