Reverse description A spirited horse leaping to the left — the traditional symbol of the Hanoverian dynasty — occupies the central field, with a continuous Latin motto legend arching above. Below the horse, the denomination fraction '2/3' appears within an oval cartouche, flanking the initials of the mint officials on either side. The value inscription 'FEIN.H.C(2/3)B.SILB:' is incorporated into the lower reverse, indicating the fine silver standard, consistent with the conventions of contemporary Lower Saxon coinage.
