| Obverse description | Draped and armored bust of Charles XI facing right, depicted with long curling hair and a beaded gorget at the neck. The effigy is rendered in high relief in a bold baroque style. The surrounding Latin legend reads CAROL XI D G REX SVEC GOB VAN, identifying the king as ruler of Sweden, Götaland, and Vandals. Mint initials appear in the lower field beneath the bust. |
