Obverse description Central field dominated by the interlaced crowned monogram 'AW' (for August Wilhelm, Duke of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel), rendered in large Gothic lettering beneath an ornate royal crown with foliate decoration. The circular legend reads VON FEINEM SILBER with the date 1715 and mintmaster initials H H flanking the base of the monogram. The overall design is bold and occupies the full diameter of the flan, with a beaded inner border separating the monogram from the outer legend.
