Obverse description Armored bust of August of Sachsen-Weissenfels facing right, wearing elaborately engraved plate armor with lace cravat, the hair long and curling in the late Baroque manner. The legend encircles the bust along the rim, reading AVGVST. P.A. to the left and A.M.D.S.I.C.E.M. to the right, identifying him as administrator of the archbishopric. The portrait is rendered in high relief with fine detail in the drapery and armor.
