Obverse description Spread imperial double-headed eagle displayed within the field, with wings outstretched and heads facing outward, surmounted by an imperial crown. The eagle's talons clutch a sword to the left and a scepter to the right, while on its breast a heart-shaped shield bears the fractional denomination 1/3. The circumferential Latin legend reads IMP·CAS·FERD·II·P·F·GER·HVN·BOH·REX, referencing Emperor Ferdinand II in his full imperial and royal titles. The design is rendered in the bold early seventeenth-century German engraving style with fine feather detailing on the wings.
