Obverse description Draped bust of Artemis facing right, wearing a stephane and earring, with elaborately rendered wavy hair pulled back and adorned with a laurel wreath. A beaded necklace is visible at the neck. The portrait is rendered in the late Hellenistic style typical of Massalian silver coinage, with fine die-work emphasizing the facial features. The field is surrounded by a bold border of large pellets.
