Reverse description Asklepios, the god of medicine, depicted standing left within a tetrastyle temple, leaning upon his distinctive attribute, a serpent-entwined staff (the caduceus of Asclepius). The architectural frame of the temple is rendered with four columns supporting a pediment, presented in a frontal elevation typical of provincial bronze coinage from Moesia Inferior. The Greek legend of the civic magistrate and city name surrounds the composition along the coin's periphery.
