Obverse description Turreted head of Tyche in right profile, wearing a mural crown with crenellated battlements rendered in high relief. The hair is elaborately arranged in loose, flowing curls falling to the neck, with fine strands framing the face. The portraiture is executed in the refined Hellenistic style characteristic of second-century BC Ionian coinage, with naturalistic modelling of the facial features including a gently incised eye, softly defined nose, and slightly parted lips. The field is plain, with no visible inscription on the obverse.
