| Obverse description | Diademed and draped bust of Vologases I facing left, wearing a tiara or mural crown decorated with a row of pellets along the rim. The hair is rendered in a characteristic Parthian style with numerous tightly curled locks framing the face, and a long braided or beaded beard falls from the chin. The king wears a torque or beaded necklace at the throat, and his robe is visible at the shoulder. The portrait is bold and deeply struck in the late Parthian artistic tradition, with no surrounding legend on the obverse. |

| Reverse description | The reverse depicts a standing figure, likely the goddess Tyche or a royal figure, presenting a diadem or wreath to a seated king who is enthroned and shown in three-quarter view. The king is seated on a throne or omphalos, receiving the investiture symbol. The scene is entirely surrounded by a circular legend in Greek script. The composition follows the standard late Parthian tetradrachm reverse type struck at Seleucia on the Tigris, with Aramaic script visible in the field as a secondary inscription or control mark. |
