Reverse description Apollo standing in three-quarter pose to the left, nude, holding an arrow in his outstretched right hand as if testing its straightness, while his left elbow rests upon a tall tripod positioned to the right of the figure. A palm frond appears in the inner left field. The Greek legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ to the right and ΣΕΛΕΥΚΟΥ to the left of the figure identifies the issuing monarch. The composition is enclosed by a linear border and reflects the standard Seleucid reverse type derived from the Apameia mint tradition.
