Obverse description Diademed and draped bust of Ptolemy I Soter facing right, wearing the royal diadem with flowing ends visible behind the neck. The portrait features strong, idealized Hellenistic facial characteristics with a prominent nose and firm jaw, rendered in high relief. A dotted border encircles the coin's rim. The effigy is rendered in the late fourth- to early third-century Alexandrian style, showing influence of both Macedonian royal portraiture and Egyptian artistic convention.
