| Obverse description | Youthful head of Herakles facing right, draped in the Nemean lion skin headdress, with the scalp knotted beneath the chin and the forepaws tied at the throat; the hero's curly hair is visible beneath the pelt. The portrait is rendered in fine high relief in the classical Macedonian style, with well-defined facial features and a naturalistic treatment of musculature. The lion's open maw frames the top of the head, with incised detail on the pelt visible across the neck and shoulder. No legend appears on the obverse field. |

| Reverse description | Zeus Aetophoros enthroned left on a low stool-throne, nude to the waist with a himation draped over his lower body and legs; his outstretched right hand supports an eagle with closed wings, while his left hand holds a long sceptre. In the left field, a facing head of Helios with radiate nimbus serves as a mint control symbol. The ethnic legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs along the upper and right fields, while the mint control letters KY appear below the throne. The composition adheres closely to the canonical Alexandrine reverse type. |
