Reverse description Athena Nikephoros seated left on a throne, her body semi-draped with himation covering the lower limbs, holding a small winged Nike in her outstretched right hand and resting her left arm upon a large round shield decorated with a serpent device at its rim. A spear leans diagonally against her left shoulder. The Greek legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ to the right and ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ to the left frames the central figure, reading 'of King Lysimachus.' The Greek letter Gamma (Γ) appears in the exergue as a mint control mark, with the letter M visible beside the shield as an additional control symbol, all consistent with the Sardis mint emission.
