Obverse description Diademed head of the deified Alexander the Great facing right, with flowing curly hair and the horn of Ammon curling above the ear, indicative of his divine associations with Zeus-Ammon. The portrait is rendered in high relief with fine naturalistic detail characteristic of early Hellenistic die-cutting. A dotted border frames the entire field.

Reverse description Athena Nikephoros seated left on a throne, helmeted and draped, holding a small winged Nike on her outstretched right hand and resting her left arm on a large round shield propped against the throne; a spear leans diagonally in the field. The Greek royal legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ to the right and ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ to the left flank the central figure. A control monogram appears in the lower left field within a linear square, and a secondary control mark is visible in the exergue. The composition follows the canonical Lysimachean reverse type established across his mint network.
