Reverse description Athena Nikephoros seated left on a throne, draped and helmeted, holding a small winged Nike on her outstretched right hand and resting her left arm upon a large round shield decorated with a gorgoneion; a spear leans against her left shoulder. Nike crowns the legend with a wreath above. The bilinear Greek royal legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ to the right and ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ to the left frames the central type in two vertical columns. A monogram control mark appears in the lower right field, with an additional symbol to the lower left, consistent with Amphipolis mint practice for this emission.
