Reverse description Athena Nikephoros seated left upon a throne, her left elbow resting upon a large round shield set beside her, while her outstretched right hand holds a winged Nike figure who crowns the royal inscription. A transverse spear rests behind the throne with the point directed to the lower left. To the left of the throne appears the monogram ΔΞ serving as a mint or magistrate control mark. In the exergue, a crescent symbol oriented to the left. The scene is framed by the two-line royal legend across the upper field.
