| Obverse description | Diademed head of the deified Alexander the Great facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic portrait tradition, with the distinctive horn of Ammon curving subtly over his right ear, signifying his divine descent from Zeus-Ammon. The portrait exhibits refined die-cutting characteristic of the Ainos mint, with idealised facial features and a flowing diadem. The field is plain. |

| Reverse description | Athena Nikephoros enthroned to left, her left elbow resting upon a large round shield set at her side, while her extended right hand holds Nike, who faces left and proffers a wreath toward the royal legend. A transverse spear is placed behind the throne with the point directed toward the lower left. To the outer left field, a filleted thyrsos stands vertically; to the inner left, a cult statue is depicted seated upon a throne. The royal legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ is disposed in two lines framing the central type. |
