Reverse description Zeus Aëtophoros enthroned left on a backless throne, his nude torso rendered in three-quarter view with a himation draped over his lower body and left arm; his outstretched right hand supports an eagle with spread wings, while his left hand grasps a tall sceptre. In the left field, the piloi (conical caps) of the Dioskouri appear as a control symbol, distinguishing this issue. The royal legend is disposed to the right of the throne in two vertical lines, with the ethnic or magistrate's name potentially appearing in the lower field consistent with Tomitan civic issues of this series.
Reverse script Greek
Reverse lettering ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ
(Translation: King Alexander (III, the Great))
