| Obverse description | Youthful bare head of Heracles in right profile, wearing the Nemean lion-skin headdress, with the scalp covering the crown and the knotted forepaws draped across the neck. The facial features are rendered in the classical Lysippan tradition, displaying a strong brow, prominent nose, and slightly parted lips. The lion's mane frames the face with deeply undercut, stylized locks. No legend or inscription appears in the field. |
