| Reverse description | Standing figure of the deity Oesho (the Kushan syncretism of the Hindu god Shiva), depicted frontally in full length with multiple attributes. The god is shown in the characteristic upright stance found on Huviska-era bronzes, with identifying divine iconography. The field around the deity bears a Bactrian legend naming the divinity. The design is executed in the stylized, somewhat schematic manner typical of late Kushan bronze coinage. |
