| Obverse description | Bust of Farn-Sasan facing right, depicted with flowing hair and wearing a distinctive satrapal or royal headdress with a crest of ribbed ornamentation at the crown. The portrait is rendered in a debased Hellenistic style characteristic of late Indo-Parthian coinage, with broad, somewhat schematic facial features. A partial Greek legend surrounds the effigy in the field, reading BACIΛEVC MEΓAC APCAKHC (Great King Arsaces). The flan is irregular and the strike somewhat flat, consistent with provincial bronze coinage of this period. |

| Reverse description | A fire altar depicted frontally at centre, shown as a stepped pedestal supporting a rectangular altar table from which stylised flames rise upward, a motif closely associated with Zoroastrian religious iconography. Flanking the altar are two crescent or attendant symbols in the field. A surrounding Greek legend reads AYTOKPATOPOΣ ΦAPNOCACANOY (of the Autocrat Farn-Sasan). The overall composition is typical of the Indo-Parthian tradition of combining Hellenistic titulature with Iranian religious imagery. |
