Reverse description An eagle stands facing with wings spread, its head turned to the right, holding a wreath in its beak — the emblematic type of the Antiochene tetradrachm series. A star appears between the eagle's legs in the lower field. The letters delta-epsilon (ΔΕ) are disposed across the upper fields on either side of the bird, serving as a control mark or date indicator. The reverse legend in Greek is arranged around the periphery, referencing the emperor's tribunician and consular powers.
