Obverse description Youthful head of Dionysos facing right, rendered in fine Hellenistic style with soft, idealized features. The deity is crowned with an elaborate ivy wreath, its leaves and berries rendered in high relief with careful naturalistic detail. Long, wavy locks fall behind the ear and along the neck, characteristic of Dionysiac iconography. The flan is broad and slightly irregular, with the portrait occupying the central field. No legend appears on the obverse.

Reverse description Demeter seated left upon a cista mystica, depicted in a composed, hieratic posture. In her extended right hand she holds stalks of grain ears, emblematic of her divine dominion over agriculture and fertility, while her left hand grasps a long lotus-tipped sceptre. The ethnic ΠΑΡΙΩΝ appears in the left field identifying the issuing city of Paros, and the magistrate's name ΑΡΙΣΤΟΔΗΜ is inscribed above the figure, serving as a control identifier for the issue. The composition follows the standard Hellenistic civic tetradrachm tradition of Paros.
