| Reverse description | A goat stands right within a linear square border, rendered with careful attention to anatomical detail, representing the primary civic type of Ainos. The magistrate's name ΑΝΤΙΑΔΑΣ is inscribed around the goat in two parts (ΑΝΤ to the left and ΙΑΔΑΣ to the right), identifying this issue with the eponymous magistrate Antiadas. To the right, the god Pan stands right on a low base, cradling a lagobolon (hare-stick) in his right arm while raising his left hand. The entire composition is set within a deeply recessed incuse square, a hallmark of early Thracian coinage technique. |
