| Obverse description | Right-facing youthful head of Herakles in three-quarter relief, wearing the Nemean lion scalp headdress, the mane rendered in bold, deeply cut folds framing the face. The hero's idealized features display a strong jawline and prominent brow consistent with the Alexander-type portrait tradition. The lion's paws are knotted at the throat, visible at the lower neck. The design is contained within a plain inner border of raised dots, set against a flat, unadorned field. |

| Reverse description | Zeus Aëtophoros seated left on a throne with a low back, his upper torso nude and his lower body draped, holding a long sceptre upright in his left hand and extending his right hand to present an eagle perched facing left. The throne legs are decorated and beneath the seat the Babylon mint control marks are visible, including the letter M and a monogram in the exergual area, with a further symbol beneath the throne. The vertical legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs downward in the right field, all within a dotted border. |
