Reverse description Zeus Aetophoros seated in three-quarter view to the left upon a high-backed throne, his upper body nude and his lower limbs draped. In his extended right hand he holds an eagle perched with wings partially spread, while his left hand rests upon a long vertical sceptre. A stylized floral or plant symbol appears in the left field. The Greek legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs downward along the right field. The whole composition is enclosed within a dotted border, with no exergual inscription visible on this example.
