In his extended right hand he holds an eagle perched with wings partially spread, while his left hand rests upon a long vertical sceptre. A stylized floral or plant symbol appears in the left field. The Greek legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ runs downward along the right field. The whole composition is enclosed within a dotted border, with no exergual inscription visible on this example. |
