Obverse description Diademed bust of Agathokles facing right, depicted bare-necked with closely cropped curling hair and a plain diadem, rendered in the Hellenistic portrait tradition. The effigy displays fine naturalistic modeling of the facial features, characteristic of the skilled die-cutters active in the Baktrian kingdom. A Greek legend runs along the left field, partially visible. The portrait is set within a broad, plain border.

Reverse description Zeus Nikephoros seated left upon a throne, his body draped, right hand extended and holding Nike, and left hand resting on a long scepter. A monogram appears in the inner left field. The composition follows the standard Seleucid and Baktrian royal iconographic convention, with the enthroned deity rendered with authority and balance. The Greek royal legend is disposed vertically in two columns flanking the central figure, with the epithet ΔΙΚΑΙΟΥ appearing in the exergue.
