Obverse description Helmeted head of Athena facing right, depicted in high relief with fine die engraving characteristic of the Pamphylian style. The goddess wears a Corinthian helmet adorned with a prominent crest and decorated cheekpiece, with flowing locks of hair visible beneath the helmet falling along the neck. The portrait is rendered in a vigorous Hellenistic style, with strong facial features and a well-defined profile. The field is plain and unlettered.

Reverse description Nike advancing left in flowing drapery, her large wings spread prominently behind her. She extends her right arm forward and holds what appears to be a wreath or similar object, while her garments billow dramatically around her figure in the Hellenistic style. In the left field, a pomegranate — the civic emblem of Side — is depicted alongside a stalk of grain or palm frond below. The magistrate's monogram AP appears in the lower left field. The composition reflects the standard civic reverse type of Side throughout the Hellenistic period.
