Reverse description A youthful male figure, identified as the river god Iokasos or a local hero, seated three-quarter view to the right upon a throne or base, his right arm raised. The figure is depicted nude to the waist with a himation draped over the lower body. A circular symbol (likely a wheel or monogram) appears on the throne base. The entire scene is surrounded by a wreath of olive or laurel branches. The ethnic legend ΡΗΓΙΝΟΣ is inscribed around the periphery of the wreath in Greek characters.
