| Obverse description | Bust of Athena facing right, wearing a crested Corinthian helmet pushed back on the head, the cheekpieces raised, with flowing locks of hair cascading beneath the helmet onto the neck and shoulders. The facial features are rendered in fine Hellenistic style, with a well-defined profile, almond-shaped eye, and straight nose. The helmet crest is prominent, with detailed relief work visible on the bowl and neck guard. The dotted border of the flan is partially visible at the coin's edge. |
