Reverse description Quadripartite incuse square divided into four recessed triangular sections by two diagonal grooves meeting at the centre, a standard reverse type employed on early Greek fractional silver coinage struck by the hammered incuse method. The four compartments are of roughly equal size and show the characteristic irregular surface texture resulting from the punch strike. No inscription or additional device is present in the field.
