| Obverse description | Central field features a multi-lobed cartouche enclosing an Arabic legend, with a rosette ornament of pellets at the apex of the cartouche and additional pellet decorations at the base. The legend within the cartouche occupies the central zone in bold relief. A circular border band surrounds the cartouche, itself enclosed by a continuous marginal Arabic inscription running around the full periphery of the flan. The overall design is characteristic of late Golden Horde hammered coinage, with an irregular flan and slightly uneven strike. |
