Obverse description Crowned and draped bust of Augustus III (Elector of Saxony and King of Poland) facing right, wearing a royal crown with elaborate ornamentation and a richly detailed mantle with ermine lappets. The portrait is rendered in a baroque style with fine detail on the drapery and collar. A circular Latin legend surrounds the effigy, running along the inner beaded border.
