| Obverse description | Bust of Ahura-Mazda facing right, depicted as a bearded male head emerging from or surmounted by a solar disk, the divine figure holding a wreath in one hand and a lotus blossom in the other, rendered in the Achaemenid artistic tradition with strong Persian iconographic conventions. The body terminates in the solar disk emblem characteristic of this Cilician satrapal coinage. The overall composition is finely executed in relief, occupying the central field of the flan. |
