Reverse description A boldly raised, deeply concave crescent-shaped element dominates the lower portion of the field, its thick ridged body curving upward in a pronounced arc. Above and behind the crescent, a fan-shaped array of fine radiating striations emanates from the concave central depression, producing a funnel or shell-like motif characteristic of the Boii Muschel type. The design is entirely aniconic and uninscribed, rendered in a highly stylised Celtic abstract vocabulary with no legend in the field.
