| Obverse description | Blank and uninscribed, as is characteristic of this Late Iron Age Cantian issue. The flan exhibits a slightly convex, plain field with no devices, legends, or decorative elements, consistent with the abstract and aniconic obverse tradition of the Weald Net series. The surface shows the typical irregular hammered flan edges and natural patination associated with ancient Celtic gold coinage. |

| Reverse description | A stylised horse rendered in the abstract Celtic artistic tradition, advancing left with characteristically flared nostrils. A pellet-in-ring motif is placed on the horse's shoulder, serving as a defining type marker of this series. An additional pellet-in-ring symbol appears in the field before the horse, while three further pellet-in-ring motifs are disposed above. Below the horse, a prominent cross-hatched net motif — a rectangular box filled with diagonal cross-hatching — provides the diagnostic element from which this type takes its name. |
