Obverse description Uninscribed obverse with a plain, nearly featureless gold field, characteristic of the late Cantian stater series. A single raised horizontal band traverses the centre of the flan, creating a subtle ridge across the otherwise smooth surface. The flan itself is slightly irregular in outline, as typical of hand-struck Celtic coinage of this period. No figural motif, legend, or additional decorative element is present on this face.
