Reverse description Nike, the goddess of victory, standing in three-quarter view facing left, rendered in flowing drapery with wings spread. She extends her right hand forward to present a wreath, while her left hand holds a ship's stylis (naval sceptre) resting over her left shoulder. A rose appears to the right in the field, serving as a mint control symbol associated with the Memphis issue. Letters appear in the lower right field beneath her right wing. The composition is characteristic of the canonical Alexandrine stater reverse type, with fine die-cutting and well-balanced design.
Reverse script Greek
Reverse lettering ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ EY
(Translation: Alexander (III, the Great))
