| Reverse description | A nude slinger strides to the right in the act of casting, his body twisted with the sling raised; to the right, a counterclockwise triskeles of three bent legs appears above a standing eagle facing right. The entire composition is contained within a dotted square border set within a shallow incuse square, a hallmark of Aspendian coinage of this period. The ethnic legend ΕΣΤFΕΔΙΙΥΣ, reading as 'Aspendos' in the local Pamphylian dialect, is inscribed within the incuse field. |
