| Reverse description | A nude slinger stands in right-facing profile, his body twisted in the act of releasing a projectile, rendered with confident incised line work characteristic of Pamphylian coinage. To the right in the upper field appears a counterclockwise triskelion composed of three running legs, a common Aspendian reverse symbol, with the Greek letter Φ beneath it. The entire design is enclosed within a square border formed by a row of pellets. The ethnic inscription ΕΣΤFΕΔΙΙΥΣ, reading as 'Aspendos' in the local Pamphylian-Greek dialect, runs along one side of the design within the dotted square frame. |
