| Obverse description | Pegasus in full flight to left, depicted with powerful musculature and finely rendered spread wings, the feathers shown in careful detail. The winged horse is shown with forelegs raised and hind legs extended in a dynamic galloping pose. Beneath the body, in the lower field, appears the Corinthian koppa (Ϙ), the civic symbol serving as a mint identifier. The flan is slightly irregular, characteristic of hand-struck Corinthian coinage of this period. |
