Obverse description The winged horse Pegasus depicted in full flight to the right, with wings spread and all four legs extended in a galloping posture. The musculature and feathering of the wings are rendered with fine detail characteristic of Corinthian stater coinage. No legend or inscription appears in the field. The flan is slightly irregular, as is typical of hand-struck issues from this period.

Reverse description Helmeted head of Athena facing right, wearing a Corinthian helmet pushed back on the head, with locks of hair visible below the helmet rim and a rounded cheek guard framing the goddess's profile. The rendering is bold and well-modelled in the Corinthian tradition. In the left field, a prominent vine leaf with tendrils serves as a distinctive local control mark identifying the issue as a product of Korkyra. The field is otherwise plain, with no legend or additional inscription.
