Obverse description High-relief bust of Yitzhak Rabin facing slightly left, with the draped Israeli flag rendered in the background field. A bilingual legend in Hebrew along the upper rim and in Latin along the left reads 'PRIME MINISTER YITZHAK RABIN', with the life dates '1922-1995' and their Hebrew calendar equivalents 'תרפ"ב-תשנ"ו' inscribed at the base.

Reverse description The field displays a large dove of peace in high relief at upper right, flanked by the State emblem of Israel (menorah with olive branches) at upper left and the IDF emblem (sword with olive branch) at centre. The Palmach emblem (sword, wheat sheaf and torch) appears at lower left with the Hebrew inscription 'פלמח'. A bilingual dedication in Hebrew and English occupies the lower right field, and Rabin's facsimile signatures in both Hebrew and Latin scripts appear along the lower rim.
