Obverse description Central field features a square inset bearing a miniature colour lithograph reproduction of the painting "Kalaniot" (Poppies) by Shoshana Damari, depicting a vase of red and white anemone flowers against a dark background. Along the lower circumference of the gold border, the artist's signature appears in the exergue area, flanked by the title "Kalaniot" in Latin script to the left and in Hebrew to the right.

Reverse description The reverse depicts in high relief a full-length figure of a young shepherdess in traditional dress, carrying a staff across her shoulders, with small sheep in the field to either side. The legend "THE LITTLE SHEPHERDESS" runs along the left circumference in Latin script, and "הרועה הקטנה" appears along the upper circumference in Hebrew; the signature "Shoshana" is inscribed to the right of the central figure.
