| Obverse description | Square flan with a plain raised border enclosing a three-line Arabic Kufic legend arranged horizontally across the field. The shahada inscription reads in three registers, with the first line containing the opening declaration, the second naming Allah, and the third completing the phrase with the name of the Prophet Muhammad. The surfaces show characteristic hammered texture with slightly irregular margins typical of Nasrid Andalusian coinage. |
