Obverse description Right-facing bust of Constantius II rendered in high relief, combining a laureate wreath with a rosette diadem, draped paludamentum over cuirass. The portrait exhibits the characteristic late Constantinian idealized style with a strong, elongated facial profile. The encircling legend is divided by the bust. The field is flat and unadorned, typical of the Aquileian gold coinage of this period.
