Reverse description A floriated anchor cross with splayed, trefoil-terminated arms occupies the central field, the four quadrants formed by its limbs left open. A flower or mintmaster's initial appears in the field above the cross. The circumferential Latin legend POST·TENEBRAS·LVX, the Genevan Reformation motto meaning 'After Darkness, Light', runs between two beaded borders, with a ·G· mark at the beginning.
