Obverse description Conjoined busts in high relief of Guido and Antonie von Volckamer facing right, depicted in detailed period dress, with the man wearing a suit and displaying a prominent mustache. The legend around the upper field reads GVIDO VND ANTONIE VON VOLCKAMER KIRCHENSITTEN BACH, with MVNCHEN in the right field, and the engraver's signature K. GOETZ visible at lower left. Decorative scrollwork ornaments flank the busts.

Reverse description Elaborately decorated reverse featuring the von Volckamer family coat of arms displaying a fleur-de-lis, surmounted by a crowned helmet with ornate mantling and floral scrollwork in Art Nouveau style. A ribbon banner across the center bears the inscription PRO ME·MORIA. The upper field is divided by the inscription 25JAEHR. EHE IVBELFEIER on the left and 8 AVGVST 1910 on the right. The border is composed of a continuous chain of stylized floral links.
