Obverse description Conjoined busts of Georg and Anna Arnhold in high relief, facing left, the male bust in the foreground and the female bust slightly behind. The sculptor's name HÖRNLEIN is inscribed in the right field. The names GEORG, ANNA, and ARNHOLD appear in raised lettering within a recessed panel at the base of the plaquette.

Reverse description Six portrait busts of the Arnhold children arranged around the field of the plaquette, each set within or adjacent to an oval or rectangular relief frame, with their names inscribed beside or below each portrait: ELLA (top center, facing left), ADOLF (left, facing right), HEINRICH (right, facing left), ILSE (center, facing left), KURT (lower left, facing right), and HANS (lower right, facing left). The date of marriage and anniversary, 1882 / 8. OKTOBER / 1907, is inscribed in the lower center field. The sculptor's signature HÖRNLEIN appears at the bottom center.
